This page is to guide you on which measurement suits you. Sizes in the chart are suggestions only so please measure your bust, waist and hips.

Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest (over the nipple) and round to the nearest whole number.

Hips:  Put your feet together and wrap a soft measuring tape straight and snug around the widest part of your hip
