Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by destination.

If you're in:

  • Bali: same-day delivery is possible.
  • Rest of Indonesia: 3-8 days after dispatch.
  • Australia: 3-7 days after dispatch.
  • UK, EU, and North America: 7-14 days after dispatch.

Are customs duties and taxes included?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that customs policies vary between countries, and we are unable to predict or control these charges.

You may receive an invoice or a payment request directly from DHL prior to delivery. Your order may be held in customs until all duties and taxes have been paid.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping, customs, or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What if my parcel is lost?

All of our parcels are shipped through DHL. If your parcel is marked as delivered, however, you are unable to find it, please contact DHL customer service directly.
